Worst Foods in Your Fridge

Unhealthy foods may be lurking in your fridge.
Mayonnaise is high in calories and fat.
Soda and other sweet drinks are the epitome of empty calories.
Alcohol calories are empty calories because the body can't use them as energy.
Lunch meats, including deli cold cuts, bologna, and ham, make the unhealthy list because they contain lots of sodium and sometimes fat, as well as some preservatives like nitrites.
Hot dogs tend to contain lots of sodium and fat.
Whole-milk products contain ample amounts of fat and cholesterol.
Gourmet ice cream can be high in calories and fat.
Creamy salad dressings pack on the calories and fat.
Stick butter and margarine are high in saturated fat.
Frozen French fries are popular accompaniments for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
