Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using rilonacept and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:

new signs of infection such as fever, chills, sore throat, flu symptoms, easy bruising or bleeding, or unusual weakness;
black, bloody, or tarry stools;
coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds;
fever and chills with headache, neck stiffness, increased sensitivity...
