Arcalyst Prescribing Information: Indications & Dosage

ARCALYST™ (rilonacept) is an interleukin-1 blocker indicated for the treatment of Cryopyrin-Associated Periodic Syndromes (CAPS), including Familial Cold Autoinflammatory Syndrome (FCAS) and Muckle-Wells Syndrome (MWS) in adults and children 12 and older.

Arcalyst Patient Information: Side Effects

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using rilonacept and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:

  • new signs of infection such as fever, chills, sore throat, flu symptoms, easy bruising or bleeding, or unusual weakness;
  • black, bloody, or tarry stools;
  • coughing up blood or vomit that looks like coffee grounds;
  • fever and chills with headache, neck stiffness, increased sensitivity...
