How does Black Mulberry work?

Black mulberry fruit contains pectin, which might act as a laxative to help stool pass through the bowels.

Are there safety concerns?

It is not known if black mulberry is safe. Black mulberry might lower blood sugar. If you have diabetes, monitor your blood sugar levels closely.

Do not take black mulberry if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • You are scheduled for surgery in the next two weeks.
