How does Brahmi work?

Brahmi contains chemicals that might enhance thinking and learning. There is some evidence to suggest that it might relax muscles in the blood vessels, airways, and the small intestine. It might also have activity as a tranquilizer and pain reliever.

Are there safety concerns?

Brahmi seems safe for most people when used short-term and appropriately. Side effects include nausea, dry mouth, and fatigue.

Do not take brahmi if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
