CONTRAINDICATIONS
Perforated tympanic membrane or otitis media is considered a contraindication to the use of this medication in the external ear canal.
A history of hypersensitivity to CERUMENEX (triethanolamine polypeptide) Eardrops or to any of its components is also a contraindication to the use of this medication.
