What does Ba Zhen Wan do?
Ba Zhen Wan is a Chinese Medicinal Formula that is utilized when a women has been diagnosed as having a Qi and Blood deficiency. Blood loss, exhaustion, poor diet, chronic disease, and labor and delivery can create a state of diminished Qi and blood deficiency. Patients exhibiting a Qi and Blood deficiency usually have a pale tongue with a white coating and a thin frail pulse to a large weak pulse.. Their faces will often look pale or drawn. They often speak with a soft, laconic voice. They may suffer from dizziness, fatigue, palpitations, p.o. appetite, spotting (from uterine bleeding), and shortness of breath,. Other symptoms that may occur are loss of appetite, post-partum fatigue and low grade fever (without infection), irregular menstruation, and ulcers or abscesses that will not heal. Illnesses sometimes associated with Qi and blood deficiency are: Anemia, dysmenorrhea, hypermenorrhea, hypoglycemia, hypomenorrhea, and optic atrophy. It should be noted that these conditions should not be treated with Ba Zhen Wan without the knowledge and consent of your health care professional.

How should I take this formula?
Take Ba Zhen Wan Pills by mouth. Swallow the pills with a large drink of warm water. Sometimes, decoctions of this formula are also available.

Dosages are usually based on the individual, severity of the symptoms and the type of problem. Generally, 8 pills 3x daily

Incorrectly labeled products and/or the presence of contaminants, adulterations, or substitutions have all been reported in conjunction with Chinese patent medicines. Contaminants s.c. as heavy metals and/or substitutions with pharmaceutical drugs (over the counter and prescription) are a serious health hazard. There have been reported cases of Chinese medicinal products being sold as Ba Zhen Wan that were not in fact this formula. Use of known, recommended brands may reduce this possibility. Where can I keep this product?
Keep out of the reach of children in a container that small children cannot open. Store at room temperature between 15 and 30°C (59 and 86°F) unless otherwise marked. If there is an expiration date listed on the herbal product, throw away the unused portion after the expiration date
