CAFFEINE AND SODIUM
BENZOATE INJECTION, USP

FOR IM AND SLOW IV USE ONLY

Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate Injection, USP is a clear sterile solution of Caffeine Alkaloid.

Each mL contains: Caffeine (anhydrous) 121 mg; Sodium Benzoate (added to increase the solubility of Caffeine) 129 mg; Water for Injection, USP q.s. pH adjusted to approximately 7 with Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide if necessary. The solution is intended for intramuscular or slow intravenous administration only.
