Vancomycin has no known severe interactions with other drugs.
Serious interactions of vancomycin include:
- bacitracin
- BCG vaccine live
- cholera vaccine
- thyphoid vaccine live
Vancomycin has moderate interactions with at least 30 different drugs.
Vancomycin has minor interactions with at least 55 different drugs.
