Advise patients to inspect DIANEAL before use, and not to use if the solution is cloudy, discolored, contains particulate matter or if there is evidence of leakage. Administration: Advise patients on proper administration and the importance of using aseptic technique throughout the entire PD procedure. Advise patients only to use dry heat to warm solution to about 37°C (98°F) and not to microwave or submerge in water.
Advise patients to seek medical attention if they experience signs or symptoms of peritonitis.
