iron-vit b cplx-liver extract im decreases levels of carbidopa-levodopa-entacapone oral by reducing drug absorption from the stomach and intestine into the body when taken by mouth. Iron salts may affect action of levodopa. Separate administration of both drugs by 2 hours.
