- Serious allergic reactions to Elspar or other Escherichia coli-derived L-asparaginases
- Serious thrombosis with prior L-asparaginase therapy
- Pancreatitis with prior L-asparaginase therapy
- Serious hemorrhagic events with prior L-asparaginase therapy
