CONTRAINDICATIONS
- History of serious hypersensitivity reactions to ERWINAZE, including anaphylaxis.
- History of serious pancreatitis with prior L-asparaginase therapy
- History of serious thrombosis with prior L-asparaginase therapy
- History of serious hemorrhagic events with prior L-asparaginase therapy
