CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY
Eurax (crotamiton cream, lotion) has scabicidal and antipruritic actions. The mechanisms of these actions are not known. The pharmacokinetics of crotamiton and its degree of systemic absorption following topical application have not been determined.
