No specific antidote for IFEX (ifosfamide) is known. Management of overdosage would include general supportive measures to sustain the patient through any period of toxicity that might occur.
Continued use of IFEX (ifosfamide) is contraindicated in patients with severely depressed bone marrow function (see WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS sections). IFEX (ifosfamide) is also contraindicated in patients who have demonstrated a previous hypersensitivity to it.This monograph has been modified to include the generic and brand name in many instances.
