LOXITANE (loxapine) is indicated for the management of the manifestations of psychotic disorders. The antipsychotic efficacy of LOXITANE (loxapine) was established in clinical studies which enrolled newly hospitalized and chronically hospitalized acutely ill schizophrenic patients as subjects.
