Niferex-150 Capsules (ferrous asparto glycinate and polysaccharide iron) Complex is a dietary supplement used to treat and prevent vitamin C and iron deficiencies. It is available in generic form. Common side effects of Niferex-150 include stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and staining of the teeth.
The recommended dose of Niferex-150 is 1 or 2 capsules daily. Warfarin, estrogen, and birth control may interact with Niferex-150. Tell your doctor all medications you take. Keep Niferex-150 out of reach of children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking Niferex-150.

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using this medication and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:
- fever;
- severe lower back pain;
- painful or difficult urination;
- blood in your urine; or
- black or dark stools.
Less serious side effects may include:
- stomach upset;
- nausea or vomiting;
- diarrhea;
- constipation; or
- temporary staining of the teeth.
