Each orange film-coated tablet for oral administration contains:

What are the possible side effects of ascorbic acid and iron polysaccharide (Ferrex 150 Plus, Fe-Tinic 150, Niferex-150)?
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Stop using this medication and call your doctor at once if you have a serious side effect such as:
- fever;
- severe lower back pain;
- painful or difficult urination;
- blood in your urine; or
- black or dark stools.
Less serious side effects may include:
- stomach upset;
