- Gastrointestinal (GI) obstruction, ileus, or gastric retention
- Bowel perforation
- Toxic colitis or toxic megacolon
- Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of NuLYTELY [see HOW SUPPLIED/Storage and Handling]
