How does Pheasant's Eye work?

Pheasant's eye can slow and strengthen the heartbeat, causing it to pump blood more efficiently.

Are there safety concerns?

Pheasant's eye seems safe only if a commercially prepared extract is used under direct medical supervision. It is unsafe for self-use without medical supervision. It can cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and irregular heart rhythm.

Do not take pheasant's eye if:
  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding.
  • You have low blood potassium levels.
  • You have high blood calcium levels.
