Pylera Capsules Prescribing Information: Indications & Dosage

PYLERA™ capsules (bismuth subcitrate potassium, metronidazole, and tetracycline hydrochloride), in combination with omeprazole are indicated for the treatment of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease (active or history of within the past 5 years) to eradicate H. pylori. Pylera Capsules Consumer Information: Uses

This combination medication is used with an acid blocker (e.g., a proton pump inhibitor such as omeprazole). It is used to treat stomach/intestinal ulcers caused by the bacteria H. pylori and to prevent the ulcers from returning.

Each capsule contains 3 medications: bismuth subcitrate, metronidazole, and tetracycline.
