Gina Shaw

Gina Shaw has written about medical and healthcare topics for more than 10 years and has written for WebMD since 1999. Before becoming a freelance writer in 2000, she was a senior writer with the Association of American Medical Colleges in Washington, D.C. As a freelancer, she has also written health articles for Ladies' Home Journal and writes regularly for medical organizations including the American Academy of Neurology, the National Association of Children's Hospitals and Related Institutions, and the American Institute for Cancer Research.
