Definition of Electrocochleography
Electrocochleography: A test that measures the electrical potentials generated in the inner ear in response to stimulation by sound. Electrocochleography may be done, for example, to confirm the diagnosis of Meniere disease. Abbreviated ECochG (or ECoG).Source: MedTerms™ Medical Dictionary
