Definition of Microembolus
Microembolus: An embolus of microscopic size. For example, a tiny blood clot or little clump of bacteria. Like any embolus, it travels through the bloodstream, lodges in a blood vessel and blocks it.Source: MedTerms™ Medical Dictionary
