I could not take other statins because of complications with muscle pains and soreness. This drug saved me and helped bring down my cholesterol and triglyceride levels in short time. It release is a 24 hour slow release formation and has no generic. Thus helping to limit the known side effects of other stations based upon direct release into ones system.
