Being a 32 year old my DR almost fell out of his chair when he got my lab tests back. A non working Thyroid and a T level of 180! I haven't been taking the med. long enough to say, However the side effects may be a problem, I started taking the med in the a.m. and in the p.m. had severe leg pain. I went to the ER having to be carried(could not walk) told ER doc about starting the med however he diagnosed a sciatic nerve. I have had severe pain in the calf area since. And trouble urinating now am being treated for urinary tract infection. Could this be a connection to the med.? Please help can't take the pain any longer. Is there another med. I could take for my problem? I have no energy nor sex life. I had my prostrate removed in Oct.2007.
