I applied the gel to my penis and then let it dry. After 3 days of this the skin of my scrotum that the penis rested on is now bleeding and coming off. I was NOT aware that this would happen and I would use this VERY sparingly and not 2x a day. It is very very painful. I can not sleep at night due to the pain. I can not run, walk, sit or even drive without discomfort. It is like having a 3rd degree burn. The warts ARE falling off, but so is the rest of my skin. Use with EXTREME caution! I've been using this for years. Yes it does cause a bit of stinging, but the warts drop off in the 3 days it states. I only have to use once or twice a year. Published: March 16, 2008 ::

This is the most unimaginable pain that I was not at all prepared for. If your wart is anywhere near skin-on-skin contact I wouldn't recommend using this. It caused bleeding on my scrotum. It seems to work by dissolving your skin. I lightly rubbed the area this AM and it started bleeding. This is rough. Published: July 16, 2009 ::

Dosage says use 2X a day for 3 days, then 4 days nothing. After 3 days of use, the skin is very sore and tender. The skin is turning white and appears to be working. At times there is some serious discomfort while walking, sitting, or standing. As others have mentioned, even the light contact of panties can create the serious discomfort. Day 4, the discomfort is a little less. I'm hoping next weeks use is less painful. Published: July 11, 2009 ::

I applied the gel to the foreskin and the pain was terrible for about a half hour. Subsequent treatments were worse. It was hard to walk with even the gentle abrasion of briefs. Published: June 28, 2009 ::

I use it for the groin area/side of scrotum. Pretty straightforward, apply gel, warts gone in a few days. It does kind of burn and make the area sensitive during treatment, but it's worth it. Published: January 29, 2009 ::
