i have been on ms contin 200mg twice daily and 100mg at bedtime and 30mg instant release 2 pills twice daily. My doc has change it to the same amount of Embeda on the same schedule 2 in the am 2 in the after noon and one at bed time. 1st day taking it and so far so good.
