First week I usee two(2)pkgs nightly, second week one (1) pkg. I am on three months of three months. I ave not had any adverse reactions. I also have not had a any menopausal symptoms.
I had an lavh/bso and have used 1 pkg of this nightly since. I have not had any adverse reactions. I also have not had a single menopausal symptom!
Eliminated hot flashes and night sweats. No noticeable affects following 6 months of use.

Totally stopped hot flashes. However too expensive so will not be filling prescription. Will go back to estradiol in pill form..
