I take this for cronic pain and arthritis (2 per day). It makes me somewhat nauseas and dizzy at times. It only takes the edge off of the pain for me, but it does help with flexibility. Side effects can be hard to deal with. Published: November 29, 2007 ::

I was taking 2400mg of ibuprofen daily with no help and now only two etodolacs a day. This drug has helped alot but sometimes have a stomach ache and need to reduce the amount to one pill until the pain goes away then fine with two again. Published: December 06, 2007 ::

OMG .. before this drug came in to my life.. I would have episodic bouts of pain that were so excruciating.. sometimes I would be up for days at a time asking God to take the pain away or take me away. Yes, it was THAT bad. Etodolac was a true God send. Thank you Dr. Kheshgi! Published: October 07, 2007 ::

Doesn't even get rid of a headache, nevermind a back ache and all the pain from fibromyalgia. I consider it a glorified Aleve. Published: October 12, 2007 ::

This was prescribed for arthritis of the knees. I take two tablets a day with a regimen of glucosamine (1500mg)each day and the pain the the knees makes me move around with ease. I could not hardly walk and get up and down the stairs (moving like a turtle). I don't know just how long I can be on this medicine. The glucosamine helps rebuild the cartilage in the knees. Hope this helps. Published: November 27, 2007 ::

seemed to help when I first started taking it but after about 4 weeks of occasional usage (as needed) it seems to be less effective. Taking for severe sciatic pain in my hip and leg. Published: November 02, 2007 ::

I got into a car accident tearing my shoulder and I tried everything physical therapy, injections, surgery. I'm still in pretty bad pain but I think the Etodolac is a better solution than being on hydro codone all the time. This way I can function. I had stomache aches and blurred vision in the first weeks. Published: February 25, 2008 ::
