My 6 yr. old son took Flovent for over a month. During this time his classroom teacher, t-ball coach, and his parents (me) noticed an emotional change. My son would become very emotional. He cried A LOT. I took him off Flovent (thank goodness) I have my son back. Published: December 07, 2007 ::

My 9 yr old daughter has recently been on flovent daily for the past month. It has helped her recover..... however, I have noticed that her appetite has increased ALOT! She is constantly hungry. Has anyone ever had this type of side effect? Should I be concerned? Published: December 31, 2007 ::

flovent seems to help in relieving the cronic cough connected to my asthma. But as mentioned by others it does increase appitite a lot. It can also cause a soar throat but I really have not had that experience. I fell as though it is effective and can help in relieving bothersom symptoms. I still have trouble with exercise and it can be difficult to breath after running or strenous physical activity. Published: March 03, 2008 ::

Flovent is the only asthma prevention drug that has worked for me. Once I was unable to get a refill for a couple of weeks, and I noticed a significant difference in my lung capacity, wheezing and chronic cough. Published: December 11, 2007 ::

I have had a chronic cough for six months. I have no allergies and no reason to suspect asthma. After many tests and many medications (including albuterol inhaler) I was put on flovent. Within a day my coughing started reducing until by two weeks I am cough free. This medicine has changed my life, it gave it back to me. If you have a cough of unknown origin it is definitely worth a try. Published: December 26, 2008 ::

I love this product. When I use it in the winter I never have to use Albuterol. If I stop using this product (due to financial reasons) I get real bad and have to start again. This has made such a difference in my life. Thank you for Flovent!!!! Published: January 08, 2009 ::
