First take note: this product is NOT good for allergies (springtime) mistaken for a cold. The echinacea in the daisy family can possibly make your symptoms worse, so make sure what you have is really a cold. It helped but was not a miracle. My chiropractor had me taking 8 a day for 5 days, and it was sort of inconvenient to dose that much. After the five days there was some improvement, but it's hard to say if I would have gotten better anyway without it. I think it helped a little.

caused major sleep disorder. thought it was mental until the chiropractor told me to give it a rest for some reason. two weeks later i start it up again and BAM i have the sleeplessness problem when i didn't have it during the two weeks i didn't take it. i gave it a rest after that night and then a week later tried it again and like a bad switch i got the sleeplessness again. i discontinued useing it and stopped seeing the chiropractor about "detoxing" had no interest in detoxing anyting with anyone after that
