caused anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, frequent urination, dizziness, daytime drowziness, blurred vision, impotence, confused thinking, dry mouth, neck pain, leg pain, and jitters. It took about three weeks to feel normal again. Insomnia took several months to subside. I couldn't get my sleep rythm back. This was a nasty drug for me. It also dropped by blood pressure too low. I stayed on it for 45 days (trying to weather the storm and hoping the onset symptoms would pass. They didn't.). I also started to suffer depression, which is also a side effect of this drug. When I first started this medication I received a low dose 50mg and as strange as it seems it would kick in 8hrs later, it was increased to 100mg,now its working. I have used this drug for the most part for 11 years and has worked great. Have never had any of these side effects I've seen listed here! Now here I am, for the 3rd time in 11 years, having to change meds again because Caremark/CVS has decided to take it off the preferred list once again. It's usually off for about 6 months or so and ends up back on the list!
