I am 23 years old. I have bought and tried this diet. The 500 calories intake lead me nowhere but misery! I don't think it was the intake that made me sick. I think it was from the HCG and the 20% alcohol in it and pure water. I had bad headaces, I was lightheaded. and also my pelvis was thobing in pain..I couldn't walk..! To me ANY one could lose weight eating a 500 cal. diet..! Its not the Hcg diet drops or injections that will make you lose weight. after 1 day of not using it anymore because of my experience...I gain all my weight back in 2days...10pounds in total. but just eating 1 pizza...or a bowl of cereal...! So I could not recommend this diet to noone. Especially when I can lead to cervix cancer, Breast Cancer and also Tumors! Just watch what you eat and exercise..it's that simple.

After trying every diet known - this is the ONLY weight loss method that truly worked! Quickly with immediate results - both in the mirror and on the scale. The highly restrictive diet is difficult the 1st week, but if you are truly motivated, it is well worth it and IF you truly want to make a healthier eating a LIFESTYLE!

Intal was a replacement for Tilade, because the company stopped making it. Intal is not nearly as effective, costs a LOT more, and being used via nebulizer, it is not portable like an inhaler, but inconvenient and time consuming. I am very upset at having to change!

I have a mild asthsma condition, lasting maybe 25 years before starting this medication. After my doctor cleared up my lungs with cortisone sprays, he prescribed this medicine because it is not a steroid and prevents my getting colds and flus that I had been getting 4-5 times a year. He also prescribed Nasalcrom, which is the same thing only divided differently to enter the nasal passages. The latter has been made over-the-counter for many years. Yes, the drug is expensive, but it works and the insurance pays a good part of the cost.

I started using an Intal spinhaler in 1975. It took about a month before becoming effective, and then changed my life! I no longer have asthma attacks!

I used this product along with a strict diet for 40 days. As promised, I was able to lose 30 pounds in 30 days. In my case a 10% weight loss. The best part, is that after the diet, I am able to eat as much of the foods that I like without weight gain. It has truly reset my metabolism. I now have a lower "base weight." It should be noted that my wife did this program along with me. She has had similar results. A fifteen weight pound loss. In her case, a 10% weight loss as well. Followup: Eight months later and I am still not gaining any weight while consuming pizza, burgers and fries. Yes, I do realize that this is not a miracle drug solution, and that there is no such thing, as well as the fact that I do not eat healthy. I did notice a six pound weight gain after the holidays. Which amazes me, due to the fact that I have always gained more in previous years, and I feel that this year I ate more than in prior years. The weight gain stopped there and has become my new base weight. I am now starting another 20 days of injections and dieting and believe that this may be a somewhat regular thing for myself in order to lower and maintain my base weight. Based upon my results, as well as others, I feel that different diet programs are best suited for different individuals. My wife found that the HCG diet, although helpful to her, did not reset her metabolism as well as she wished it had, or as well as it did for me. I also believe that weighing myself faithfully every morning may have contributed to my weight loss, and as hard as this is to believe, may have also help in the maintenance of my base weight. Note: The diet is rough!

My son has asthma, both exercise induced and part of the year allergy caused. Intal has been a miracle. He is able to be active and rarely needs his rescue inhaler. I am so please he doesn't need to use steroids!!! You can buy this drug from Canada. It is still produced in England and is the drug of choice for childhood asthma in Europe!!!

My 11 yr old son has been using an Intal inhaler with a chamber for about 3 yrs to prevent his cold air induced asthma. He used it on winter mornings and it would keep him ashtma free all day. It is no longer available. Now he has no preventative med, only albuteral once an attack happens. This is very disappointing.

Intal helps me to exercise. now that my asthma is under control, it is the one medication that helps me to stay in good shape. I am having trouble getting a refill as the pharmacy can't get the medication. I am not sure what the problem is.
