Given to me after surgery for vitreous hemorrhage. It dilates the pupil, causes no pain or discomfort, and it does blur the vision but not horribly. The description of what the drug does on here is spot on. I was worried about it being a belladonna alkaloid because I'm severely allergic to atropine, but I'm fine with this medication.
