the pill is way to large and it seem to pass in your stool
i was having instep cramps,hand cramps and to reach up and get something I would have muscles under my shoulder crampup really allover,so far 1 foot cramp in 6 days so it is better
the size of the pill is way TOO LARGE
I take 3 tabs 20mg 4 times a day I have very low potassium and i feel good

My heart beat has somewhat regulated and my leg cramps are not quiet as severe as they were. I can tell a big difference in the overall way I feel on a daily basis.
Very large pill, hard to swallow.
when i did not take it my legs nearly shut down on me i went back to taking it my legs stop hurting so much I had pins and needles stiffness.
I'm having a tingling sensation in my fingers ans forearm on my left side. I still have some cramping in my thighs.
I find it not a pleasant taste in mixing with orange juice. Also, I've heard it makes tingling in your fingers.

I was given a different shape, color, style of this drug from my pharmacy, without the druggist telling me. I had to look it up here to calm my nerves in case of getting the wrong drug.
Am taking 20 MEQ twice daily for low potassium. Experiencing severe diarrhea, sore muscles/joints.
