I have been taking Ultracet on and off for 7 years for chronic pain...ever since I had a C1-C2 fusion. I am surprised at the negative reviews because this is the only pain medicine that has worked for me. I started taking Ultracet in 2004. I had a 65 lb box fall on me and still suffer from neck pain and headaches. This is the only medication that alleviates the pain without knocking me out. I have Multiple Sclerosis and have a lot of Pheripheral Neuropathy in my legs and joint pain all over. Ultracet in combination with Cymbalta(antidepressant, but has shown very good results for neuropathy pain),has really helped me.
