I don't have to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and has decreased the urge to go.

Lack of enegry, light headed, drowsy, difficult to urniate at night. Gravity takes over once I'm up and walking and urniation is acceptable...still not sure if my bladder is empty.

Have used this drug on and off for a year. After just the first use, I urinate much more freely and do empty my bladder more fully, but the burning sensation of needing to urinate is worse. If I use the drug longer, I'm hoping this sympton will lessen. I have tried Flomax and cannot see any difference.

I've been taking it for a month, much better than Flomax. Took Flomax for 2 years but didn't work well.Bad side effects with Flomax and it wore off too soon. This works better but also wears off . Need to ask Docotor if there is a 2 dose a day prescription. No side effects after the first week. Anyone here get re-curring Prostate infections known as Prostatitis.
