Each black and orange capsule for oral administration contains:
| Vitamin A | 8000 IU |
| Vitamin E | 50 IU |
| Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) | 150 mg |
| Zinc Sulfate, USP * | 80 mg |
| Magnesium Sulfate, USP ** | 70 mg |
| Niacinamide | 25 mg |
| Vitamin B1 (Thiamine Mononitrate) | 10 mg |
| d- Calcium Pantothenate | 10 mg |
| Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) | 5 mg |
| Manganese Chloride | 4 mg |
| Folic Acid | 1 mg |
| Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) | 10 mcg |
| Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) | 2 mg |
Each capsule also contains lactose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid, gelatin, and other ingredients.
Before taking this product, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to any of its ingredients; or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients (such as soy found in some brands), which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details.
Before taking this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: use/abuse of alcohol, liver problems, stomach/intestinal problems (e.g., ulcer, colitis).
If your brand of multivitamin also contains folic acid, be sure to tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have vitamin B12 deficiency (pernicious anemia) before taking it. Folic acid may affect certain laboratory tests for vitamin B12 deficiency without treating this anemia....
