What Is Clanza CR?

Clanza CR (aceclofenac tablet, film coated) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) indicated for rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and periarthritis of scapulohumerous, lumbago, ischiadynia, and pain caused by nonaticular rheumatism.

Dosage for Clanza CR

The recommended adult dose of Clanza CR is 200 mg daily, taken as one dose (every 24 hours).

The dosage and indication of Clanza CR is not established yet for children with less than 6 years old.

Clanza CR may interact with other medicines such as:

  • lithium,
  • digoxin,
  • oral antidiabetic agents,
  • anticoagulants,
  • diuretics, and
  • other analgesics

SIDE EFFECTS

The majority of side effects observed have been reversible and of a minor nature and include gastrointestinal disorders (dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea), rash, ruber, urticaria, symptoms of enuresis, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness.
