bosentan oral will decrease the level or effect of ritonavir oral by altering drug metabolism. Under the care of your doctor, stop taking bosentan more than 36 hours prior to starting the protease inhibitor and restart 10 days after the starting of the protease inhibitor, at 62.5 mg once daily or every other day.
