dimenhydrinate inj decreases effects of secretin iv by pharmacodynamic antagonism. Concomitant use of anticholinergic drugs may cause a hyporesponse to stimulation testing with secretin. Discontinue anticholinergic drugs at least 5 half-lives before administering secretin.
