doxepin oral and umeclidinium-vilanterol inhl both increase adrenaline effects, which affect blood pressure and heart rate. Use extreme caution when taking vilanterol with MAOI or TCAs, or within two weeks of stopping these drugs. Combination may increase risk of abnormal heart beats.
