esomeprazole magnesium oral and pazopanib oral

esomeprazole magnesium oral will decrease the level or effect of pazopanib oral by reducing stomach acidity. This interaction may occur when both drugs are taken by mouth. Blood levels of pazopanib may be altered. Your doctor may consider short-acting antacids in place of PPIs and H2 antagonists and recommend you take the antacid and pazopanib several hours apart.
