etravirine oral and abacavir-dolutegravir-lamivudine oral
etravirine oral will decrease the level or effect of abacavir-dolutegravir-lamivudine oral by increasing metabolism. Etravirine (a strong UGT1A/CYP3A inducer) significantly reduces dolutegravir plasma concentrations, but the effect of etravirine is mitigated by coadministration of lopinavir/ritonavir or darunavir/ritonavir, and is expected to be mitigated by atazanavir/ritonavir; do not use with etravirine without coadministration of atazanavir/ritonavir, darunavir/ritonavir, or lopinavir/ritonavir
