isoniazid oral will increase the level or effect of olaparib oral by altering drug metabolism. Blood levels of olaparib may be increased and your doctor may consider lowering your dose.

isoniazid oral will increase the level or effect of olaparib oral by affecting hepatic/intestinal enzyme CYP3A4 metabolism. If coadministration with strong CYP3A inhibitors cannot be avoided, reduce olaparib dose to 150 mg (capsule) or 100 mg (tablet) PO BID. Do not substitute tablets with capsules.
