itraconazole oral will increase the level or effect of aliskiren-amlodipine-hydrochlorothiazide oral by P-glycoprotein (MDR1) efflux transporter. Consider an alternative with no or minimal potential to inhibit CYP3A4. If concomitant use of strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is unavoidable, closely monitor for respiratory depression and sedation, and consider decreasing alfentanil dose necessary.
