neomycin-polymyxin b-dexamethasone opht will decrease the level or effect of elvitegravir-cobicist-emtricitab-tenofovir alafenamide oral by altering drug metabolism. Avoid this combination. Blood levels of elvitegravir may be reduced decreasing effectiveness.
