Avoid coadministration with diltiazem and strong CYP3A4 inducers However, if concomitant use is necessary, consider dosage adjustment and close monitoring of pharmacologic effects (eg, blood pressure) whenever a strong CYP3A4 inducer is added to or discontinued from therapy.
