st. john's wort oral will decrease the level or effect of ledipasvir-sofosbuvir oral by affects how the drug is eliminated from the body (via what is known as the P-glycoprotein [MDR1] transporter). Blood levels and effect of sofusbuvir may be reduced.

st. john's wort oral will decrease the level or effect of ledipasvir-sofosbuvir oral by P-glycoprotein (MDR1) efflux transporter. P-gp inducers decrease sofosbuvir levels, and therefore decrease conversion to sofosbuvir's active metabolite (GS-331007) responsible for 90% of pharmacologic effect
