Laser eyelid tissue resurfacing is a procedure that involves the use of a laser to correct abnormalities in the skin of the eyelids. It has been used to treat age-related changes in the eyelids as well as to remove small nevi (moles) or other discolorations, scars, and abnormalities on the eyelids.
